Each member has access to the platform through a QR code or link from the homepage to register for an Energy Community or Collective Self-Consumption.

1. REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION

Data Collection Form: Entry of personal data, geographic location, and energy data (bills and prices) of the potential member, whether an individual or a company.

ID card capture: Scanning of the original ID for personal data verification and subsequent procedures.

Digital signature: Digital signing of a document authorizing Elecsum to access Datadis for obtaining the demand curve.

The Datadis platform is a digital tool that allows users to access their electricity consumption data for free, securely, and neutrally. This platform gathers information from most electricity distribution companies, making it easier to consult consumption data regardless of your distributor.

2. accepts the proposal

ACCEPTS THE PROPOSAL

The registrant will receive a personalized self-consumption proposal outlining an energy distribution tailored to their consumption and their potential economic savings.

3. sign the contract

SIGN THE CONTRACT

Preparation and digital signature collection of all the necessary preliminary documentation (community contracts, representation mandates, surplus compensation agreements, etc.).

4. Sign the distribution agreement

SIGN THE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

Preparation and collection of all digital signatures for the Distribution Agreement, along with support in communications with the energy supplier and distributor.

What is a distribution agreement? The distribution agreement is a document that establishes how the energy generated will be shared among the different participants of a collective self-consumption installation. This agreement determines the percentage of energy assigned to each member of the community, based on the distribution coefficient.

Connection and delivery of energy within the Collective Self-Consumption system, with access to energy and economic data related to the assigned coefficient or capacity, as well as aggregated data for the entire energy community through the Elecsum App.
